The Violet Consuming Flame Visualization

Keep the attention still and concentrated, and keep feeling the Violet Consuming Flame passing through your body until the Joy and Happiness of Its Power begin to make you feel lighter and more at ease. Remain within this, and feel It is God’s Forgiving Mercy; and Its Great Loving Purity comes into you and just loves to consume every particle of substance which does not produce Perfection.

Realize that the Love in this Violet Consuming Flame loves to release all substance from you which is not qualified with Eternal Purity. Then you will love that Violet Flame more! As you love It, It will love you; and It will love away all the substance that appears as limitation. Therefore, the more you use It, the more It will bless you. The more It becomes real and the more you draw It forth for others, the more you automatically raise yourselves.

Some Thoughts on Self-Love

by Sharda Chaitanya

The idea to write about self-love came to me many months ago, at a time when I still wasn't completely confident about expressing more personal aspects of myself here on the blog.

It seems like years ago that I had doubted myself, when I listened to that voice in my head that was eager to diminish my full expression.  Part of embracing my expression is closely tied into our Ascension because if we can't be our true selves in this human form of ours on Earth, how will be able to love and acknowledge our Higher Selves, our cosmic form, in the Universe?

Self-love is key to entering into the new paradigm where we fit comfortably and where our life path is well defined.   Without self love there is no growth, or it is much more difficult and wrought with obstacles and delays.  Self love eases the burden and requires we forgive ourselves and send love and light to that part of our struggle that is blocking any progress.  Self love eliminates victimhood because it makes us sidestep the co-dependency from which victimhood is often born.

Loving ourselves means we trust ourselves, we have confidence in our own decisions and don't need to falsely rely on external input to make us feel whole.  In self love, instead of depending on outside forces to make decisions for us, those same forces will support the decisions we've made for ourselves because we are choosing those external things based on what resonates with our highest good.  Rather than looking outside ourselves for solutions, we look inside first for what we can manifest as a result of loving and trusting ourselves.

When we find external structures that help us in our path, it is with the knowing that we created them within out heart and mind, from the balance of heart and mind that work in harmony when we love ourselves and know that our higher self has the best intentions for us.
